Michelle Wie West is expecting a baby girl with her new husband, Jonnie West.
The LPGA champion announced on Instagram her good news to her more than half a million followers.
“Babygirl, we love you so much already and we just can’t wait to meet you this summer!!” she proclaimed with the hashtag #BabyWest.
She even got her pooch, Lola, into the act.
Wie married West in August. He is an NBA executive with the Golden State Warriors and son of NBA legend, Jerry West.
The gold pro who has been on a leave from the sport due to injury says they are currently considering several names, but have not revealed them to the public.
People Magazine speculates the pregnancy will delay her return to the tour.
