Tara Bokum recalls enjoying a beautiful picnic on a sunny day in Fairfax, VA near Washington, DC.
The young Vietnamese American told AsAmNews she was stretched out on a blanket with her friends under a shady tree last weekend.
Suddenly a man approached and began “grilling her friend” about her ethnicity.
“I asked him to please stop because it wasn’t polite to just come up to someone and ask that,” she said.
Bokum said she began to feel uncomfortable and began video taping.
What happened next left she and her friends “scared, shocked, confused,” according to Bokum.
“You have a rock for your f*cking head,” the man can be heard blurting out on video.
“First amendment. I could say what I f*cking want.”
“Should we call the police?” one of Bokum’s friends is heard saying.
“I would get your sh*t up. Let me get this shade. Bye. Go to your own f*cking country,” the man says in an apparent attempt to get the group to leave.
BSO Entertainment or Black Sports Online has identified the man as James Lilly, the CEO of Homeless Angels of America. The group describes its mission to “end the stigma of homelessness.” “We are all Homeless persons, former Homeless persons, and friend’s of Homeless persons,” according to its Facebook page which is currently unavailable. AsAmNews has not confirmed this.
Another man who appears to know the man identified him only as James.
James can be seen walking closer to the group in a threatening manner. He stops just short of their blanket.
“Go to your own country, dreamer. Give me the f*ck back my shade. You ain’t got no sun,” he said.
A person who said he was the man’s step son steps in between in an attempt to calm the situation.
“F*cking bitch,” his step dad blurts out to anyone who will listen.
“I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry,” the step son says as the man walks away.
“Do you know him?” someone in the group asks.
“He’s my step dad. I’m trying to take him out.”
“He’s James.”
“Thank you for intervening.”
He then runs back to his step dad.
Through out the incident, Bokum and her friends remained calm.
“We were just in shock,” she told AsAmNews. “When some stranger comes at you so aggressively for no reason, you never know what they could do,” she said.
You can watch video the incident here on Facebook.

Appears from the outset to be quite inebriated. Subsequently confirmed by the young man who stated he was the “step-son.”
the drunk was within a hair’s breadth of having his ass kicked.
Do none of these dumbasses ever consider the consequences of their actions. This is like thinking 0 moves ahead in chess. Dumbasses checkmating themselves.
