On Saturday, Asian Americans will march in Washington D.C. alongside other marginalized communities to unite against hate. The march begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
According to the march’s website, the goal is to “unite the Asian diaspora with multicultural partners across the LGBTQ+, Muslim, disability communities, Black, Indigenous and Pacific Islander, Latino and Arab American communities.” The organizers hope the communities can unite to address the systemic biases they face.
The march will feature a list of notable speakers like Geena Rocero, Al Sharpton and hate victim-turned-activist Esther Lee. You can follow the march with a live feed produced by CVW Event Productions:
