Folks in Miami will be able to enjoy the best of the city’s Asian street food this weekend.
Smorgasburg Miami will be hosting an Asian Street Food Festival in Wynwood from July 28-30, The Miami Herald reports. Smorgasburg is a company that hosts weekly open-air food markets in cities throughout the U.S. including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Jersey City, Los Angeles, and Miami.
A few months ago, Smorgasburg hosted a hugely successful event called Chinese New Year and the AAPI. The upcoming food festival will honor the nighttime food markets in Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and other countries, Time Out reports.
Smorgasburg Miami’s regular Asian vendors will participate in the festival. According to Time Out, there will also be several guest vendors like Stephanie’s Asian Crepes, Vietnamese street food from Yen’s Kitchen, Peking duck from Land n Sea.
Attendees can participate in cultural workshops like an Ikebana session, The Miami Herald reports. There will also be several performances on Saturday and Sunday.
The festival begins on Friday, July 28 at 7 p.m. More information about the festival is available on Eventbrite.
