The full trailer has been released for Jentry Chau Vs. the Underworld, an animated series debuting Dec. 5 on Netflix and starring Ali Wong, Bowen Yang, and Lori Tan Chinn.
The series, created by Echo Wu, follows a Chinese American high school student as she fights underworld demons trying to steal her superpowers — even as she also navigates traditional teenage challenges.
“Sometimes finding your self-identity is coming face-to-face with your own demons,” Wu told the Netflix site Tudum.
Additional cast include Lucy Liu, Jimmy O. Yang, Sheng Wang, A.J. Beckles, and Woosung Kim.
