Super Bowl MVP, Dancing with the Stars Champ and NBC sports commentator Hines Ward has completed what he says is his first and last Ironman Triathalon in Hawaii, reports Broadway World.
The Korean American completed the 140 miles in 13 hours, 8 minutes and 15 seconds.
He swam 2.4 miles, ran 26.2 and and biked 112 miles.
He tweeted “I couldn’t have done it without the Man above. God is good! Trust me, I kept talking to The Lord to help me get through the marathon. Wow an Ironman! Thanks to Paula Newby-Fraser aka Queen of Kona for taking a person who knew nothing about Ironman to becoming an IRONMAN. Hines”
