The popular budget bus carrier Lucky Star is back in business, reports Boston Magazine.
The bus company reopened after spending millions of dollars on safety upgrades.
It was one of several bus carriers which was forced to shut down five months ago following a federal safety crackdown.
An article in the Daily Beast alleged the crackdown unfairly targeted Chinatown bus companies owned by immigrants with limited language skills.
A report in the Boston Globe earlier this month also reported that Fung Wah, another Chinatown bus company shuttered, was also close to reopening.
