A lot has happened to Jessica Sanchez since being named runner up on last season’s American Idol. Among the highlights, teaming up with Grammy winning artist Apl_de.ap of the Black Eyed Peas for the just released “Jump In.” The two talked to the about their collaboration.
About working with a fellow half-Pinoy, Sanchez said, “Filipinos really represent their people well, and we’re really proud of what we’ve accomplished.”
Apl had this to say: “It’s really meaningful because she’s a Filipino on ‘American Idol’ and she [came back to] the Philippines and it’s our first video in the Philippines.
