The transformation for the former Charice is now complete.
He has changed his name to Jake Zyrus, reports CNN Philippines.
Jake erased all of Charice’s old social media posts and replaced it with his new name.

According to Coconuts, Jake also sent this message of gratitude on his Instagram account.
Jake came out as a lesbian in 2014 to Oprah Winfrey, who catapulted his career by introducing him on Oprah in 2008. Jake’s first appearance on American TV came in 2007 on the Ellen Degeneres show.
He recently broke off his relationship with girlfriend Alyssa Quijano and began identifying as a transman in 2016.
