Janice Min, former editor of US Weekly who is also credited with turning around the Hollywood Reporter, will reportedly run a new TV and digital production company.
The New York Post reports Min will launch an LA based start up with ex-CBS entertainment boss Nina Tassler.
The company will feature projects lead by women writers, directors and producers at a time when increased attention has been made to allegations of sexual harassment in Tinseltown.
Neither Min or Tassler have commented on the Post story, but if correct, this would be Min’s first project since resigning in February as editor of the Hollywood Reporter and Billboard Magazine after 7 years.
Min left to join the publication’s parent company, Eldridge Industries, to help guide potential acquisitions and media.
