This is pretty Cool. The Oakland Museum of California has announced it will host an exhibition featuring the work of artists from the magazine Giant Robot.
Launched in 1994, Giant Robot is a celebration of Asian American pop and alternative culture.
It celebrated its 50th issue in 2007 with an exhibition at the Japanese American National Museum and followed that up two years later with another exhibition “Giant Robot Biennale 2: 15 Years”
Giant Robot also has a retail store in Los Angeles.
The exhibition in Oakland will be held April 26–July 28, 2014.
