Anna & Ella have a bond only sisters can have. But until this week, the twins didn’t even know the other existed, reports ABC.
Their story began 7 years ago when the two were adopted by two separate American families from two different parts of the United States, Michigan and South Carolina.
Their families met during the adoption process and became Facebook friends.
Then one of the families commented how similar the two girls looked based on the pictures posted by each family. When the families discovered the girls had the same birthday, a DNA test was conducted. Those tests confirmed Ella and Anna are twins.
You can learn more about the reunion and see video showing how close the two sisters already appear on ABC.
RE: Adopted Chinese sisters reunite after discovering they had a twin: Great ending to a sad story, unfortunately this type of seperation happens quite a bit these days not only twins, but lots of families go through this, it’s sad.
