A museum dedicated to Japanese Americans who served in the Military Intelligence Unit in WWII opened recently in San Francisco’s Presidio , reports SF Gate.
The top secret Asian American division trained as interpreters or military intelligence.
The museum is located on the former site of the school.
It is an American story,” said Rosalyn Tonai, executive director of the National Japanese American Historical Society.
