Police arrested a 42-year old man Wednesday in an alleged assault at a skate park in Orange County in Southern California.
Jauhar Tajuddin Shuaib faces multiple assault and hate crime charges in the incident that occurred Sunday, according to a report by CONAN daily.
The victim, Korean American Jenna Dupuy, was at the Tustin Legacy Skatepark on Valencia Avenue in Orange County, California with friends. A stranger gave her clothes and she immediately called the police. The Tustin Police Department officers located the suspect and took him into custody.
Shuaib has since been charged with a hate crime, assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, assault in a public park, disturbing the peace, sexually motivated annoyance, loitering about a place where children congregate and use of abusive or profane language in parks in violation of the municipal code of Tustin, Orange County.
