The bodies of a murdered couple were allegedly found in a garbage can on the couple’s property. Police have arrested a man in connection with the murder.
According to FOX 12, the victims’ names are Steve and Mina Schulz. They are both 51-years-old and live in Washington. On August 18, their daughter went to their house to check on them and discovered evidence of a break-in with blood on the porch.
“Imagine your child coming to check on you and to find that kind of a scene,” said Lt. Ken Dickinson, according to FOX 13 Seattle.
Investigators say they were shot to death and placed in a garbage can on their property. According to PEOPLE Magazine, police arrested 40-year-old Shawn D. Rose in connection with the murders on Sunday night in Tacoma, Washington. He has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and was held without bail until trial.
