A Filipino American from Southern California accused of planning to unleash ‘violent jihad’ against US armed forces and other Americans abroad has entered a not guilty plea in Federal Court.
Ralph Deleon is one of four defendants in the case. An FBI complaint alleges DeLeon and one other defendant revealed their plans to an FBI informant, reports the Inquirer.
Each of the defendants faces 15 years in jail.
