Jeremy Lin makes his only appearance in the Bay Area in February when he plays the team that gave him his NBA start, the Golden State Warriors. Lin played his high school ball in Palo Alto, just across the bridge from where the Warriors play in Oakland. His parents still call Palo Alto their home. The Warriors have declared their game against the Houston Rockets Asian Heritage Night. Fans who purchase a special ticket to the game will get to attend a special Q&A with Jeremy Lin after the game. You can expect a lot more Asian Americans at the game that night along with fans from and around Lin’s alma mater, Palo Alto High.
