Filipino American Nestor “Zaldy” Goco was signed by Jackson to do work for his “This is It” tour. When the pop singer died and the tour was cancelled, those works became part of a worldwide Michael Jackson memorabilia tour.
Christopher Demers and Travis Payne are suing for $480,000 they say they are owed in commissions from work they did for the Jackson tour for Goco.
