The family of a missing Indian American student issued a desperate plea to their son, hoping his is still alive to hear it.
“Sunil please come home, we all love you, we miss you very much,” said Akhil Tripathi, father of Sunil Tripathi, a Brown University student missing since Saturday.
NDTV reports total strangers have been joining family, friends and law enforcement in the search for Sunil. A facebook page dedicated to the search has received more than one million views.
His cell phone, wallet & ID were all found in his room.
Brown University has put Sunil’s family up in temporary quarters while the search continues.
