The first business in Illinois has been cited for illegally selling shark fin, reports the Inquisitr.
Investigators say they ordered Minghin Cuisine to pay a fine of $120 Tuesday after receiving a tip shark fin was listed on the restaurant’s online menu.
Illinois is the first non -Pacific state to ban the Chinese delicacy.
