News Track India: Indian American named dean of Princeton Graduate School

Sanjeev KulkarniPrinceton University Graduate School has named Sanjeev Kulkarni its new dean, reports
News Track India.

Kulkarni is currently professor of electrical engineering and director of the Keller Center at Princeton.

He will take over in March for William Russel who has been dean since 2002.

Princeton’s Graduate School has an enrollment of 2600 students pursuing advanced degrees in 42 departments and programs.

“He has contributed a great deal to Princeton already, and his experience will prove helpful in shaping a vision for graduate student life,” Provost David Lee said. “Sanj has a reputation as a generous mentor and a collaborative leader, talents that will serve him well in his new role.”
