Audrey: Neck float babies coming to US

Video of two cute Asian babies floating in their bathtub is capturing a lot of attention on the internet, reports Audrey.

The babies are wearing a device called a baby neck float which apparently is quite popular in Asia.   So far the video has more than 170,000 shares.

It was posted by a radio station in the country of Georgia and some have commented the device is cruel and the babies look uncomfortable.
