Jeremy Lin gave his most candid interview to date about his time with the Houston Rockets to the Los Angeles Times.
“Pretty much everything I expected or anticipated or hoped for didn’t happen,” Lin said.
Lin who joined the Rocket as “the man,” the player the team wanted to build around. He soon found himself playing second fiddle to James Harden after the Rockets traded for Harden right before Lin’s first season.
In Lin’s second season with the Rockets, he was replaced in the starting line up by little know Patrick Beverley.
There would be no third season for Lin with the Rockets after the team pretty much gave him to the Lakers in a salary dump.
