Lawyer in NY Subway Attack Breaks Silence about Incident

New York Subway incident

A New York lawyer who went viral after a video showed her spitting and kicking a fellow passenger and making racist and Islamphobic remarks says she was only defending herself.

Anna Lushchinskaya says she’s the victim, not the other way around.

“The video didn’t start in the beginning,” she said exclusively to Inside Edition.   “How am I crazy? I was defending myself to the best of my ability.”

The video shows her using her umbrella to hit an Asian woman who she calls a “ch*nk” as other passengers try to intervene.

Lushchinskaya then vented her frustrations on a Dominican man who she mistakenly identifies as Muslim and calls “Mohammed Atta,” one of the masterminds of the 9/11 attack.

Juan Ayala tackles her and holds her to police arrived. She denies offending anyone.

“That is too bad. It’s their opinion.”

  1. RE: Lawyer in NY Subway Attack Breaks Silence about Incident: Wow. Crazy lady. And she’s still employed? Or does she have a job?

  2. RE: Lawyer in NY Subway attack Breaks Silence about incidentL An attorney? Would anyone trust her representing them , other than the Ku klux klan . No where do we see her being provoked in any way .
    Has she been charged ?
If her employers don’t send her to anger management ; she should loose her position . If not put the name of the firm out there , so people can withhold their business from them .
She is not fit to represent the law.
