Police arrested an Edmonton man after a physical altercation during which he gave her the Nazi salute and threatened to behead her, the Daily Hive reports.
Patricia Medrano told police Rylee Dodd, 28, made advances toward her and when she rebuffed him, he became angry.
‘Go back to your country!’, ‘This is Canada, not Wuhan. You spread the virus.’” Medrano said Dodd told her.
“I’ll kill you. I’ll f*cking decapitate you.” “Filipino little b*tch.” “Get the f*ck out of Canada,” he can be heard saying on the video. “I was so scared that I forgot to take a video in the beginning that’s why this is the only video that I got. And called 911 after this video,” she said.
At one point, according to the Inquirer, Medrano said Dodd attacked her and tried to kick down her door.

A neighbor heard the commotion and came to defend her in his bare feet.
“Kudos to the guy from bldg K. He even forgot to wear slippers just to ask if we’re okay and protected and stood up for us from this psycho,” Medrano said.
“The suspect in the video, 28-year-old Rylee Dodd, has been charged with uttering threats and assault in relation to this incident,” said a Police spokesperson. “Our Hate Crime & Violent Extremism Unit is also aware and are looking into this”
