A woman missing now for about a month is now being investigated as a homicide.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Capitola, CA police say Alice “Alyx” Kamakaokalani Herrmann “may be a victim of a homicide” based on evidence compiled in the case and that her boyfriend is a person of interest.
“Theobald ‘Theo’ Lengyel is the primary person of interest and has not cooperated with law enforcement,” the Capitola Police Department said in a statement.
She was last seen in Santa Cruz on December 3 and was reported missing December 12 by family after she missed a flight to Hawaii.
Lengyel of El Cerrito also goes by the name of Mylo Stone. He played with the rock group Mr. Bungle and has released music under both his names.
