Japanese soccer player off to a hot start in the new season

Kaoru Mitoma is off to a great start in the English Premier League.

Mitoma, who plays for Brighton & Hove Albion F.C., has earned a goal and an assist in the first two games of the 2024-2025 Premier League season.

During the teams’s first game of the season against Everton, Mitoma scored the opening goal in the team’s 3-0 win.

“Mitoma is so exciting to watch and I think he will be a real success for Brighton this season,” former England midfielder Izzy Christiansen said per Yahoo Sports.
