New York came out for the Lunar New Year Parade on Sunday despite the frigid weather.
The parade highlighted a week of activities that began when the double decker buses delivered the lion dance from Chinatown to midtown.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art partnered with the China Institute all week long for events which included arts and crafts for children and musical performances.
