On Friday night, Asian American soccer player Caprice Dydasco reached another important milestone in her career. The defender has now officially played 10,000 minutes in the National Women’s Soccer League.
Dydasco, 29, currently plays for the Houston Dash. She entered the league in 2015 after being by the Washington Spirit. She has played for the Spirit, Gotham FC and now the Dash.
The outside back reached the milestone during the 21st minute of the Dash’s game against the Portland Thorns on Friday night. The Dash’s social media team captured her reaction to learning about the 10,000-minute mark.
“I’m old, that’s bad, that’s bad,” she joked in the video.
