Horrid details are now surfacing in the death of professional poker player Suzie Zhao.
WXYZ reports authorities found Zhao bound and gagged in White Lake Township, MI and say her body had been set on fire. They also believe she was sexually assaulted.
The information is contained in court documents obtained by the Detroit TV station.
Cell phone records connected Zhao to Jeffery Morris who they arrested shortly after.
The Daily Beast reports the couple first met July 12, the day before police found the body. Court records indicate Morris admitted picking up Zhao before they both checked into a motel.

According to the Daily Beast, surveillance video shows Morris leaving the motel at 5 a.m. Authorities believe he drove to the same secluded area where they found the body. Among the evidence collected at the scene were duffel bags with a bed sheet and baseball bat. Both had blood on it.
The cause of death is still listed as unknown.
