A judge on Monday granted a dermatologist accused by her husband of trying to poison him with Drano more time with her children, reports ABC News.
Dr. Jack Chen had argued for full custody of his children.
As AsAmNews reported in August, police arrested Dr. Yue Yu, 45, in August and booked her into the Orange County jail. The Conan Daily reports authorities released her after she posted $30,000 bond.
Her husband suspected she had been spiking his lemonade with poison. He then posted cameras around the house which he said caught images of her doing exactly that.
In his divorce papers, Chen accused Yu of being emotionally abusive and said she often yells and screams.
